H.E. Mr. Daniel del Valle Blanco is a diplomat from Spain who serves as the Ambassador and Permanent Observer of the International Youth Organization (OIJ) to the United Nations in New York. Prior to this appointment, he served as Attaché for Political and Youth Affairs at the Permanent Observer Mission of the Sovereign Order of Malta to the United Nations in New York. Additionally, Mr. del Valle is the High Representative for Youth of the International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF). He worked as Youth Policy Advisor at the Permanent Mission of the Slovak Republic to the United Nations in New York, focusing primarily on youth policies, Latin America, and Africa.
