Andrea is Senior Director of Investments at Stellar Development Foundation and is responsible for driving the strategy and investments for The Stellar Enterprise Fund, a $2B+ venture-style fund for growing Stellar’s network. For the past decade, Andrea has worked as a founder, investor, and operator at early stage fintech startups and venture capital funds both in the US and abroad. Most recently, Andrea was Head of Business Development at Harbor (acq by Bitgo), a platform for unlocking liquidity options for digital assets. She also co-founded the children’s fundraising website Piggybackr. Andrea is a graduate of University of Oxford and UC Berkeley and likes eating ice cream in her free time.
