Patricia Susanto is the CEO of the Jakarta Consulting. She has published several books on management, culture, and family business. Patricia completed her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Psychology from Griffith University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Organisation Development at the University of Southern California in the US.
