As the Founder and Managing Director of Bloom Marketing Agency, Nokuthula has led a dynamic journey in integrated marketing, specializing in strategy and client service. Her expertise extends across various industries including FMCG, Energy, Retail, Tourism, and Financial Services, where she has nurtured both personal and consumer brands with remarkable success since 2003.
Additionally, Nokuthula is the visionary behind Bloom Inside Out, an organization committed to empowering women through business and personal growth initiatives. Through masterclasses, coaching, and inspirational merchandise, she champions the #BrandWoman movement, aiming to unlock women’s latent power and potential for prosperity.
Furthermore, Nokuthula serves as a Council Member for IAB South Africa, contributing to the promotion of digital growth and sustainability within the industry. Her involvement underscores her commitment to driving positive change and innovation.
In her role as WEDO South Africa Lead, Nokuthula continues her advocacy for women in business through BloomInsideOut.co.za, an organization dedicated to empowering, celebrating, and supporting women entrepreneurs in Durban and beyond. Her belief in the transformative power of women’s entrepreneurship echoes through her work, recognizing its profound impact on individual lives and broader communities.
Moreover, Nokuthula is the Founder and Managing Director of Make_UpMOB, an award-winning makeup service boutique, recognized for its sophistication and professionalism. With aspirations to expand its offerings and franchise model, she seeks to create job opportunities and economic empowerment across South Africa and neighboring countries.
Nokuthula’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree with majors in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, complemented by digital marketing expertise from the Red & Yellow Creative School of Business.
