Laru Linares as our esteemed Ambassador for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO) PANAMA! With a remarkable career dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and international trade, Laru brings invaluable expertise and passion to our cause.

Currently serving as the Operations Manager and Advisor of International Trade at the City of Knowledge business accelerator, Laru has been instrumental in nurturing diverse ventures across various sectors. Her role involves generating the development of entrepreneurial initiatives while sensitizing and attracting aspiring entrepreneurs. She is deeply committed to nurturing entrepreneurial spirit and guiding individuals in realizing their business ideas. Laru also offers expertise in business development, marketing strategy, advertising, and international commerce.

Prior to her current position, Laru contributed significantly to Panama’s trade promotion efforts as part of the Office of Foreign Trade Promotion at the Ministry of Commerce and Industries. During her tenure, she focused on developing promotional materials for Panama’s productive and export sectors for international events. Laru also provided crucial support to export-oriented entrepreneurs and various productive sectors, while actively promoting entrepreneurship, associativity, and export activities.

Laru’s academic journey underscores her commitment to excellence, with a Master’s degree in International Business Management from the University of Malaga and certification in International Coaching from the International Coaching Community (ICC) in London.
