Toyin Dania is our Ghana Ambassador for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO)! With an impressive track record in project management and entrepreneurship support, Toyin brings invaluable expertise and dedication to our mission of empowering women entrepreneurs across Ghana.

As the Project Manager for the Ghana Science & Tech Explorer Prize (GSTEP) Challenge programme, Toyin spearheads initiatives aimed at fostering STEM innovation among young Ghanaians. Through mentorship, coaching, and facilitation workshops, she guides teams to develop enterprising solutions addressing community issues, in alignment with the Ministry of Education and Ghana Education Service’s efforts to promote practical STEM education.

Toyin’s contributions extend to the DIGILOGIC project, where she collaborates with partners to equip promising tech entrepreneurs with skills for global success in software companies. Her role as a Consultant at MEST Africa, a renowned technology entrepreneur training program, reflects her commitment to nurturing Africa’s next generation of software entrepreneurs through critical skills training and funding.

With a decade of experience as Head of Projects at De Graft Management Ltd, Toyin has played a pivotal role in delivering IT projects across Ghana, London, and Nairobi, empowering businesses to efficiently manage their assets and increase revenue. Her leadership as Country Manager at Djembe Communications further demonstrates her ability to drive impactful strategies and engage key stakeholders across Africa and beyond.

Throughout her career, Toyin has been a staunch advocate for women’s empowerment, serving as the Western Africa Regional Ambassador for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization. Through her advocacy, event organization, and stakeholder engagement efforts, she continues to uplift women in business and inspire change in Ghana’s entrepreneurial landscape.
