With a diverse and impactful career, Jenny Barrios embodies leadership and empowerment in every endeavor. Currently serving as the Ambassador for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO) in South America, representing Paraguay, Jenny is dedicated to fostering an environment where women thrive in entrepreneurship.

Prior to her current role, Jenny has held significant positions contributing to the advancement of women and sustainable business practices. As the Executive Director of Sistema B Paraguay, she championed the adoption of socially responsible business models, paving the way for a more inclusive and sustainable economy.

Jenny’s commitment to women’s empowerment extends to her tenure as Vice Minister of Administration and Finance at the Ministry of Women in Paraguay, where she played a pivotal role in shaping policies and programs to support women’s economic inclusion and advancement.

Her expertise in business management and entrepreneurship is underscored by her role as General Manager at the Paraguayan Israeli Chamber of Commerce (CACOPI), where she led initiatives to foster bilateral trade and investment partnerships.

Jenny’s educational journey reflects her dedication to continuous learning and personal development. She completed a Diploma in Innovative Entrepreneurship and Business Administration at the MASHAV Carmel Training Center in Israel, and attained certification as a Professional Ontological Coach from the Javier Barbero School of Coaching.

With a relentless passion for creating positive change and empowering women in business, Jenny Barrios is a driving force for economic growth and gender equality in Paraguay and beyond.
