Joan Hornig is a New York jewelry designer and the founder of Joan Hornig Jewelry, launched in 2003 under the motto “Philanthropy is Beautiful.” Buyers choose the nonprofit that receives 100% of the profit from each piece.

Through her jewelry she has supported more than 900 nonprofits around the world and donated more than $1 million. In 2017 she launched the Pavé the Way collection.

Before designing jewelry, she raised funds for Harvard University and Columbia Business School and spent 19 years on Wall Street. WEDO honored her with its Accessory Pioneer Award in 2016.
