Jennifer Jeronimo is CEO of Gaingels, an investment network that backs companies with LGBTQ+ and diverse leadership. She joined Gaingels in 2021 after 19 years at Bear Stearns and JPMorgan, mainly in prime brokerage and compliance operations.

As of January 2026, Gaingels reports more than $1 billion deployed since 2019 across more than 2,400 portfolio companies, with a community of close to 5,000 members.
