Alli Webb is the founder of Drybar, the blowout bar brand that transformed the beauty industry. From its first location in Brentwood, California in 2010, Drybar grew to more than 150 locations and a highly successful product line, which was acquired by Helen of Troy for $255 million.

Today, Alli is Founder and Co-CEO of Messy, her newest hair care venture. She also co-founded the massage concept Squeeze and the jewelry brand Becket + Quill, and serves as a board member, investor and advisor to emerging brands.
