Andrea Kerzner is the CEO and Co-Founder of Lekka Burger, a chef-driven vegan burger company focused on creating sustainable, healthy alternatives to traditional fast food while addressing the environmental impact of the food industry. She is also the Chair and Founder of Lalela, a nonprofit organization that uses educational arts programs to inspire creativity, entrepreneurship, and leadership among youth affected by poverty across South Africa, Northern Uganda, and Zimbabwe.
With a background in hospitality, psychology, and business, Kerzner combines social impact with entrepreneurship to build organizations centered on sustainability, education, and empowerment. Before founding Lekka Burger, she served on the board of Kerzner International, drawing on her experience in the global hospitality industry to create innovative approaches to food, philanthropy, and community development. Through Lalela and Lekka Burger, she continues to champion creativity, environmental responsibility, and opportunities for underserved communities.
