As President of Young Entrepreneur South Africa (YESA), she has been a driving force behind fostering a vibrant entrepreneurship ecosystem, aligning with the goals of the G20 Young Entrepreneur Alliance.

In her capacity as Chief Executive Officer at Shosholoza Port Operations, Innocentia has demonstrated her prowess in managing port operations, serving as a vital link for Mediterranean Shipping Company SA (MSC) and MSC Cruises.
