Megan Bethke is Managing Director and Head of U.S. and European Private Equity Funds at Mousse Partners, a leading New York–based investment office. She oversees the firm’s private funds allocation across North America and Europe and serves on multiple advisory boards spanning buyout, venture capital, and real assets.

Before joining Mousse Partners, Megan built an extensive track record leading global private equity investments at premier institutions, including APG, AlpInvest Partners, and Morgan Stanley. Her experience spans sourcing, evaluating, and deploying capital into world-class funds, with a focus on long-term value creation and innovation.

Megan is especially passionate about advancing women founders—both through direct investment in female-led funds and backing companies that empower women entrepreneurs. She is equally committed to causes close to her heart, including expanding education and healthcare access for underserved populations.

She earned a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Bowdoin College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Megan lives in New York City with her family.
