WEDO Arts Entrepreneurship Program – 7-Year-Old Featured Artist
Amira Ashurova

Amira is a talented young artist from Queens, NY. At just seven years old, and in the third grade at 277Q The Riverview School @ 777, she already shines with a passion for reading and a love for all things pink. Through our WEDO Arts Entrepreneurship Initiative, Amira proudly painted one of our #WEDO2025 Pioneer Awards — a symbol of creativity, courage, and hope.

This award will be presented at our United Nations Summit to an extraordinary woman entrepreneur — one of the pioneers who has broken barriers, created opportunities, and inspired generations of women leaders around the world. These are women who have built companies, led movements, and transformed industries, proving that when women entrepreneurs rise, entire communities thrive.

Our program empowers young talents like Amira to see themselves as part of this global story of innovation and impact. By engaging the next generation in celebrating women leaders, we are not only honoring today’s trailblazers but also nurturing tomorrow’s.
