Lindsay Fairman is a visionary strategic leader at the intersection of technology, venture capital, and operational excellence. She currently serves as a Partner at BlueTree VC, a Pittsburgh-based early-stage and Series A investment firm, where she drives portfolio strategy and supports founders in building scalable, resilient companies. Lindsay’s career in the innovation ecosystem began as the founder of a retail technology startup, and since then she has become a trusted collaborator to high-growth companies, serving in leadership, advisory, and investor roles across the startup lifecycle.
Lindsay has held senior positions within both major corporations and emerging tech ventures, giving her a rare ability to bridge enterprise-level discipline with entrepreneurial agility. Her expertise spans SaaS and software-enabled technologies, operational design, corporate governance, and financial management, with a consistent track record of transforming strategy into execution.
Lindsay proudly serves as the Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO) Ambassador for Pittsburgh, championing women entrepreneurs across the region through mentorship, investment, and high-impact programming.
She holds a BS in Computer Science from West Virginia University, a MS in Systems Engineering from George Mason University, and an MBA from Penn State University. She resides in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and three children.
