As the Fintech & Cybersecurity Sectors Lead at the UK-Israel Tech Hub, based at the British Embassy in Israel, she drives strategic initiatives that enable innovation exchange, capital access, and cross-border commercial partnerships between the UK and Israel.

With over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Avital has partnered with startups, venture capital firms, global corporates, and C-level executives to support growth and value creation. Her expertise spans venture lending, capital strategy, and ecosystem building across sectors including fintech, cybersecurity, AI, SaaS, and enterprise software.

Avital previously held senior roles at LeumiTech, Silicon Valley Bank and Ernst & Young, where she advised technology companies and investors in both Israel and the U.S., with a focus on business development, strategic partnerships, and financial innovation.
